Good news, we offer all of the same services on the concierge level! More good news, all the service prices are exactly the same! But, with all this similarity, we do have a couple of differences. One is travel expenses and the other is our termination policies.
Travel Expenses
Our concierge services require the client to pay travel expenses. Travel expenses are determined by the distance and length(s) of stay per the necessities of the event. However, to keep our services affordable, DeAnna Plans makes it a priority to keep travel costs down as much as we can. Additionally, travel expenses will always be discussed and agreed upon prior to official hiring.
Concierge Termination Policies
Date Night: To receive a full refund, this service must be terminated at least 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled service date. Terminations made less than 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled service date will result in credit for a future service. Client is also responsible for any nonrefundable travel fees or cancellation fees related to travel.
Proposal: To receive a full refund, this service must be terminated at least 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled service date. Terminations made less than 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled service date will result in credit for a future service. Client is also responsible for any nonrefundable travel fees or cancellation fees related to travel.
Vision Coordination: To receive a full refund, this service must be terminated prior to the first paid consultation. There are no other termination options for this service.
Same Day Coordination: This service must be terminated at least 90 calendar days prior to the scheduled service date to receive a full refund. Terminations made less than 90 calendar days but more than 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled service date will result in a partial refund totaling half of the full amount of all payments made to date. Terminations made less than 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled service date will result in credit for a future service. Client is also responsible for any nonrefundable travel fees or cancellation fees related to travel.
Comprehensive Planning: This service must be terminated at least 180 calendar days prior to the scheduled service date to receive a full refund. Terminations made less than 180 calendar days but more than 90 calendar days prior to the scheduled service date, will result in a partial refund totaling half of the full amount of all payments made up to that point. Terminations made less than 90 calendar days prior to the scheduled service date will receive no refund. Client is also responsible for any nonrefundable travel fees or cancellation fees related to travel.
